With over six years of experience in coastal community development, sustainable fisheries, and stakeholder engagement, Ardan serves as a Program Analyst at Kopernik Papua.

With a background in fisheries, Ardan has worked on community development initiatives focused on resource management, project management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and sustainable fisheries development. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners to deliver measurable economic and social impacts for coastal communities. He is also experienced in organizing small business groups and supporting their access to resources for sustainable growth. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring coastal destinations across Indonesia, documenting marine biodiversity, and sharing stories about sustainable fishing practices.
