With 4+ years of experience in finance and administrative support, Marce brings strong attention to detail and accountability to her role as Project Admin Assistant at Kopernik.

Holding a degree in Computer Science with a major in Information Systems, Marce has spent the past several years supporting community development and donor-funded projects. Her work focuses on budgeting, documentation management, and coordinating operational processes to ensure projects run smoothly and comply with donor requirements. Before joining Kopernik, she worked closely with project teams to manage logistics, financial reporting, project coordination and administrative systems that support effective program implementation. Detail-oriented and collaborative by nature, Marce enjoys strengthening systems and processes behind the scenes so that impactful work in communities can happen efficiently. In her free time, Marce enjoys watching series and movies—especially Korean dramas—and exploring photography as a creative way to capture everyday moments.
